The trustees collect the income from the capital invested and divide this, in accordance with the will of John Dyer deceased, two thirds to Kenning Hall and one third to Blo Norton, both parishes in Norfolk. This income is used in or towards the education of children by payment of scholarships or exhibitions.
Objects: The Application Of The Income In The Proportions Of Two Thirds Kenninghall And One Third Blo'norton In Or Towards The Education Of Children Of The Labouring Or Other Pooer Classes By The Payment Of Scholarships Or Exhibitions Not Exceeding $4 Per Annum In Each Case To Derserving Children Attending Any Public Elementary School In The Neighbourhood. The Trustees May Also If They Think Fit Pay Out Of The Income A Sum Not Exceeding $5 In Each Case, For Providing A Suitable Outfit For Any Deserving Hild Upon His Or Her Leaving Shool And Entering Upon Domestic Or Other Service Trade, Business Or Occupation.
