I report to the charity trusiee5 on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended
30 S¢pt¢mb¢T 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
A5 the ehartty's tW5tees of the Company (and also its directors for the purposes of ¢ompany law) you are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of th¢ Companies Act 2006
('the 2006 Act,).
Having sat15fied rnyself that the accounts of the Company ale not required to be audited under Part 16 of the
2006 Act and are elioible for independent examination, I rcport in respect of my examination of your ¢harity'5
accounts as carried out under section 145 of th¢ Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act.). In carrying out my
examination I have followed th¢ Direciions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5) 0)) of the
2011 Act.

examination giving me cause to believe..

the year ended 30 September 2023.
The Tnembers have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financi21 statements for the year ended
30th Sepiember 2023 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The trnstees acknowledge their responsibilities for

of the Companies Act 2006 and
preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable

accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the

I. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
A¢¢ounting Convention
Th¢ fi￿￿￿￿1a1 stat¢m¢nt5 have been prepared under the historical cost convention. and in
accordance with the Charities SOiiP 2015 (FRS 102), the Charities Act 2011 and the
requirements of the Statemenl of Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting by
Charities.
Taxation
The charity is exempt from tax on its charitable activiti¢s.
Fund A¢¢ounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable obje¢tives at th¢ discretion
of the trustees.
2. TRUSTEES, RELI(UNERATION AND BENEFITS
There were no trustees, remuneration or other benefits for the year ended 30 September
2023.

AMENDMENT TO FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
These Financial Statements replace those originally approved on 25 July 2024.
Following review, it wa5 noted that the Treasurer had inadvertently included some
personal expenses and cash withdrawals within the accounting records. This has now
been fully resolved, and all monies due r¢paid to the Charity.
