Gives a small annual donation to young apprentices or young people in full time post Secondary School education who live in the Parishes specified in the Trust Deed

Objects: The Trustees Shall Apply The Clear Income Of The Charity In Either Or Both Of The Following Ways: (1) In Assisting Persons Who Have Not Attained The Age Of 25 Years Resident In The Area Of Benefit Who Are In Need Of Financial Assistance And Who Are Preparing For, Entering Upon Or Engaged In Any Profession, Trade, Occupation Or Service, By Providing Them With Outfits, Or By Paying Fees, Travelling Or Maintenance Expenses, Or By Such Other Means Of Their Advancement In Life Or To Enable Them To Earn Their Living As The Trustees Think Fit. (2) In Otherwise Promoting The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) Of Such Persons. (Area Of Benefit Parishes Of Clavering And Langley And The Ancient Parish Of Saffron Walden, All In The County Of Essex, The Parish Of Codicote In The County Of Hertfordshire, And The Parishes Of Great Wilbraham And Wilburton In The County Of Cambridgeshire.
