**Objects:** PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT MAINTAINED WHOLLY OR PARTLY OUT OF RATES OR TAXES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT CONCERNED.

**Activities:** The charity annually canvasses local schools and communities in the villages immediately North of Ipswich in post code IP6, to find families in financial need, and students, up to age 25, in universities and similar institutions, whose circumstances may be restricting their educational opportunities. Annual grants are awarded based on evidence of need, and graded according to the ages of children.
