THE REMAINING HALF IN PROMOTING IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO, OR WHOSE PARENT AE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NORTH PETHERTON AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
