FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISHES OF MOULTON AND OVERSTONE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY THE PROVISION OF EXHIBITIONS OR GRANTS, FINANCIAL ASSIST, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS, ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO ENTER A PROFESSION TRADE OR CALLING, PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF BENEFICIARIES.3. PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL IN MOULTON AND OVERSTONE.
