2. Objectives and Activities
The object of the charity is:
To further or benefit the residents of the area of benefit, without distinction of sex,
sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating
together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations
in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of
sociaL welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving
the conditions of life for the residents.
3. Achievements and Performance
The Trustees are satisfied that the charity met its objectives and delivered meaningful
educational benefit.
4. Financial Review
Total Income: £42,769

Total Expandlture: £42,078
Net Income: £690.78
The charity ended the year with a small surplus, reflecting prudent financial
management. Reserves remain at a level appropriate for the charity's size and
activities.
5. Governance
The charity is overseen by a Board of Trustees who meet regularly to review activities.

the existing Board.
6. Public Benefit Statement
The Trustees confirm that they have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance
on public benefit when planning and carrying out the charity's activities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ( the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
