**Objects:** 3. The objects for which the Company is established are:- a) To provide specialist therapeutic services to meet the social, emotional and educational needs of emotionally troubled and traumatised children, young persons, adults, and their families and wider communities; b) Maintain a school under the name or style of ?The Mulberry Bush? at Standlake in the County of Oxford as established by Barbara Estelle Dockar-Drysdale, and/or elsewhere in England and Wales, conducting the same in such a manner that any such school shall be eligible for approval as a Residential Special School within the meaning of the Education Act 1993 or any statutory re- enactment or modification thereof for the time being in force; c) To contribute to the development of new and existing services for children, young persons, adults, and their families and communities with such needs; d) To advance the education of both the public and fellow professionals in the subject of specialist therapeutic services to meet the social, emotional and educational needs of emotionally troubled and traumatised children, young persons, adults, and their families and wider communities by supporting research, investigations, publish research materials, host seminars and facilitate the training of workers.
