IN THE ALLOCATION OF BENEFITS THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
