PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR EDUCATION INCLUDING HIGHER EDUCATION FOR PERSONS OF EITHER SEX RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF THAMESDOWN, BY WAY OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS. 3. PROVIDING FINANCIAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO PREPARE FOR OR TO ENTER A PROFESSION TRADE OR CALLING.
