PROVISION INSTRUMENTS BOOKS ETC, TO ENABLE PERSONS TO ENTER A TRADE OR PROFESSION. PROVISION OF RECREATION, SOCIAL TRAINING OR ATHLETIC FACILITIES. BENEFICIARIES TO BE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS.
