Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparatlon
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examlnatlon of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my &xamination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

From its foundation in 1969 until
November 30th 2015, the charity
malntslned a day school whiGh
furthered the objectlves set out In the
charlty deed. Thls has benefitsd
hundreds of chlldren, most of whom are
now adults substantially contributing to
soclety. Slnce 2015, transition has taken
place to prepare to help parents who are
educatlng thelr children at home,
anticipating that in supporting families
and offering facilities for parents to use
for their children's educatlon that, In a
new way¥ future children wlll Ilkew180
posltlvely contrlbute to 80clety.
The school ha8, over many years,
maintained a good standard that has
helped other schools wlth slmllar
ob"ectives.
