**Objects:** THE GOVERNORS SHALL APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN MAKIN PAYMENTS TO THE MANAGER OF THE SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1976 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL. **Activities:** The object of the trust is to ensure that the land and buildings continue to be used for the purpose of a voluntary school within the meaning of the Education Acts 1944 to 1976 and where religious instruction is provided, in accordance with the principles and doctrines of the Church of England.
