Activities
The principal activity of the School is an independent day school for girls aged 3 to 16 and boys aged 3 to 7 years.
Objects: 1) To Acquire And Take Over And Carry On St. Nicholas' School, Heretofore Carried On By Miss Bridget Maude Fetherstonhaugh At Fleet. 2) To Establish And Maintain At The Said Premises And To Establish Or Acquire As A Going Concern, And Carry On Or Manage Elsewhere, Any Subsidiary, Affiliated Or Other Schools For The Education Of Girls, And If Thought Fit, For The Education Of Boys Under Twelve Years Of Age, Either In Connexion With St. Nicholas' School Or As Independent Schools, And To Supply To The Pupils General Instruction Of The Highest Class, Together With Physical Moral And Religious Training, But So That Each Such School Shall Be Carried On As An Educational Charity.
