(2) TO BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OR DISTRICT OF BASINGSTOKE, AND ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR ATTENDED; QUEEN MARY'S COLLEGE.
