Objects: Benefit Of Young Persons Under 25 Years Old Who Are In Need Of Financial Assistance (with A Preference For Girls), Residentin Or Near The Beneficial Area Who Are Or Who Have Attended School In The Borough Or Rural District Of Andover By: (a) The Award Of Scholarships, Bursaries Or Maintenance Allowances Tenable At A Place Of Learning (b) Provision Of Financial Assistance To Help Beneficiaries To Prepare For Or To Enter A Profession Trade Or Calling (c) Award Of Scholarships Or Maintenance Allowances To Enable Beneficiaries To Travel Abroad To Pursue Their Education (d) Provision Of Facilities Not Normally Provided By The Local Education Authority For Education Recreation, Social And Physical Training For Beneficiaries Who Are Receiving Primaey, Secondary Or Further Education.
