Clingan's Trust has been established since 1736.It is at present governed by the charitable scheme sealed on the 15'" March 1996. |

| The trustees endeavour to support young people locally in helping them |
||||

| their career choices. In that respect, grants have been made for a variety |

| ofeducational purposes including the provision of books, computers, |
||||
| educational material, organised school trips, university and college |
||||
| expenses and help with apprenticeships. |

| The Trust has a long-standing reputation within the trust area for helping |

| young people in education and especially those from poorer |
||||
| backgrounds. It has a reputation for enhancing the lives and prospects |
