purchases of ¢apital a5S¢ts are made wth th¢ approval of the Board of Trustees or thc Finan¢¢ and Genval lknposes
Committ¢¢ F&GPC, in aw)rdan¢¢ with the Charitys S¢heme of DdegatlOJl5.
Rental iDcom¢ represents a 3.so/fj gross (2.420A net) retum on the investment property prfolio's markd valu¢ of
March 2023 of £2,130.000.
The COIF and M&G share inveslmeD¢$ have Provided a dividend retwn of 2.96V• whilst th¢ir witsl value I
