3. Matters Arising None reported 

## 4. School Report 

Donna Wilson, Head teacher, reported that Mary Dean’s from September 2023 was now administered by currently First Federation Trust.  Donna reported the changeover at times had been challenging but the support received from the Trust had been appreciated. 

Donna reported at this time the school did not need any support from the charity. 

## 5. Financial Statement 

Susanne Burnett reported that the charity was in a good financial position. 

## 6. Grant Applications 

Eight requests for support from the charity had been received.  Six were approved.  Two applicants had submitted two letters. 

## 7. Any Other Business None discussed
