## **Matters Arising** 

Donna Wilson reported that the refurbishment work in the Key Stage 1 area had been completed during the summer vacation.  The teaching staff and pupils were reported to be most happy with the new facilities. 

It was reported nothing had been heard from Plymouth City Council regarding the monies being made available from Taylor Wimpey.  Approximately £160,000 would be made available to the school for extra facilities arising from the new housing estate being build 2018/2019.  Tracey Jones reported she was in communication with Taylor Wimpey the monies offered would only refurbishment class room and more monies would be required to build a classroom. 

Moines were requested by the school for refurbishment of the Spiritual Garden, a pathway to the outdoor classroom, bookcases and laptops and ipads for staff, Donna to research. 

## **Financial Statement** 

Susanne Burnett reported that the charity was in a good financial position.  This was confirmed by Rev’d David Gill. 

## **Grant Applications** 

No applications received. 

## **Any Other Business** 

Susanne Burnett reported there are two Trustee vacancies.
