**Objects:** (1) ASSISTING PUPILS TO ATTEND SCHOOLS, INSTITUTIONS OR CLASSES FOR PURPOSES OF EDUCATION OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED THAT THEY SHALL BE BOYS AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NORTH TAWTON. (2) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE POORER CLASSES IN THE PARISH.

**Activities:** This Trust has a small income which can be applied in promoting the education of young people who are resident in the Parish of North Tawton. Small grants can be made towards expenses of students going to University, undertaking courses in Further Education or taking Apprenticeships etc.
