**Objects:** 1) THE PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY: (A) PERSONS WHO ARE: (I) RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND (II) ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED A MAINTAINED SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OF THE COLLEGE. (B) PERSONS WHO ARE: (I) EITHER RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; OR (II) ATTENDING OR HAVE ATTENDED A MAINTAINED SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, OR THE COLLEGE, BUT ONLY IF THE MAJORITY OF ATTENDANCE AT THE COLLEGE HAS BEEN AT ITS PREMISES SITUATED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.(2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT SPECIFIED IN (1), THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY IT IN THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR ANY MAINTAINED SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, OR AT THE PREMISES OF THE COLLEGE SITUATED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
