**Activities:** The vesting of the land and buildings known as Frant School and the School House property and the maintenance of its status as a school and the management of  School House, is still in the process of change with the sale of School House & the cessation of the school. The changes will be presented to the Charity Commission in due course to assess their accordance with the Charity Commission Scheme.
