Awarding Secondary School Or Technical Exhibitions Or Prizes To Girls Resident In The Parish Who Have Attended A Public Elementary School For Not Less Than Two Years. 3. Providing Special Facilities For Girls In Any Subjects Of Practical Or Technical Instruction Suitableto The Circumstances Of The Neighbourhood 4. Attending To Health Or Physical Condition Of Girls Attending Any Public Elementary School In The Parish.
