**Activities:** (1) To foster friendships formed by former members of Chailey Heritage School, both staff and pupils, and maintain contact with all old scholars. (2) To support the aspirations of the modern heritage and help maintain its traditions and history. (3) To maintain a benevolent fund to provide financial assistance as appropriate and to exercise due to discretion in making distributions from the fund.
