activities, ¥nd events s?anning the 'Rilual Yearf Ihroughout 2024. Starting wilh Plouoh Monday in Jonuary, visilors could see,
h8ai, $mg11, and evgn tas19 Ihg ways in whi¢h our ancestors Iiv9d in the Wgald & Downland r9gion. Thetll8s such as br9wing,
cooking. dressing. hurdle rnakino. and tharcoal burning were brought lo life, enriching vi511ors' understanding ol the rural
viorking poor's lives.

Museum, with 123,600 visitors Compared to approximately 135,000 last year.
As an open-air museurn. we are particularfy vulnerable to adverse weather conditions. In 2024, extreme weather posed

fabrication. 131Tiulaling bul not imilatirig the traditional framed building3 at the Museum. 11 Is u88d for storing the
Museurn's collectioiis ol tools and arteldcts frorn rural life and also provides a workshop where historic limber framed
buildings can belaid out lor conservation and rpp8ir.
Al 31 December 2024 Museum Exhibits were included at cost of £3,496,903. The Gridshell building was included at
cost of £2,092,073 making a iotal ¢osl of £5,588.976. The Museum Exhibits depreciation lo 31 December 2024 is
£992.794 and the Gridshell building depreci8tion is £677,879, making lolal depreciation of £1.670,673. This leads lo
the net book value of £3.918,303 shown above.
