OUR PURPOSE IS TO HELP ALL YOUNG PEOPLE LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL.THE MISSION OF THE YCW AND IMPACT IS LIVED OUT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WORKING WORLD AND STUDY; WHETHER THOSE IN PAID OR UNPAID WORK, THOSE SEEKING WORK, OR THOSE STUDYING IN SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.
