**Activities:** Activities transferred to an incorporated charity in 2005 (1110590) Current activity is to lease the Avon Tyrrell Residential Centre from the Avon Tyrrell Trust.  It has in turn granted a lease to the incorporated charity and also arranged finance for them.  These arrangements are expected to continue in the future
