For a signrficant number of years. the Group has benefitted fr(x7) the
Salisbury City Council Rent Reduction Scheme. meaning we have not
had to pay rent for our Scout Hut which is council owned.
At the end of the financial year 202ak2025, our ongoing access to this
subsKty had not been confirnied. as Ihe Council is undergoing a review of
the scheme. The renta value of the property has also b￿n revised arKI
increased.
We therefore have aklitK)nal funds in reserve in case our outgoings
increase over the UPCOFning year, perKYing the outcome of the planned
Council review.
