|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|Year 22-23 has been another successful<br>year for the group. Each of the four sections<br>have fluctuated around their maximum<br>capacity and it would be fairly accurate to<br>say we have a combined number of around<br>100 young people coming along every week.<br>Each of the Sections have enjoyed<br>residential “nights away” as part of separate<br>section based events apart from the Squirrel<br>Section (age 4 – 6) where a few members<br>came along to the annual joint family camp.<br>The sections are all delivering a balanced<br>program in line with the Scout Organisation<br>objectives and this is reflected in the large<br>number of badges and awards earned.<br>We are blessed with a good supportive band<br>of leaders and while some people chose to<br>do 2 roles, we have good coverage and a<br>supportive team.|
