## Information 

Ludgershall Memorial Hall is a registered charity, number 305541 See page I for details of principal office and trusbees who served during the )ur. 

## Objectives and Activities 

The purpose of the charity is the provision and maintenance of the memorial hall for use by the residents of Ludgershall and the immediate vicinity. 

The board ensure the hall is fit for purpose, keeping up to date with aEl regulations. 

When planning activities for the year the trustees have regard for the commissiotfr guidance on public benefit. 

## Structure, governance and management 

The constitution of the management committee is set out in the charity's goveming document, which is the Conveyance dated 

14th September 1951, and is made up of volunteers, 

organisations set out in the second schedule of the conveyance can appoint I trustee each, except the parish council which can appoint 2. If any of these trustees resign, the appointing bodies can appoint a new tn.astee.

## well and financially stable 

fie hall is being used quite a bit now. we have covid in twice a week and pay a contribution towards cleaning of the hall. Clubbersize use the hall twice a week. Friends or Ludgershall use it every Thursday for the old people of the community. We have had tribute bands and pantomimes as well. 

weekly market that used to be held in the carpark to support the hall has been cancelled due to lack of support. committee have had exstensive work done to the gardens so it can be used by hirers, this is sill an ongoing project. 

We all agreed after having three windows done that another three windows can be done as they haven't been replaced since they were put in. The hall has had a hygiene company in to install sanitary equipment required to all toilets. Also a baby changing unit fitted in the disabled toilets, 

## Financial Review 

At the year end the charity had unrestricted funds of E46.292 and restricted funds of E6,068. 

All income and expenditure for the year was consistent with prior years. 

## Reserves policy 

It is  Ludgeßhall Memorial Hall  Policy to  maintain a bank deposit account balance  to meet the financial  needs,  this  currently  stands  at  E14.255  and  is  considered  sufficient  to  cover  current operating needs.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2022 which are set out on pages 4 & 5. 

## Responsibilities and basis of report 

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act'). 

I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my exarnination L have followed all the applicable Directions given by anrity Commission under section L45(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my exanination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: 

I . accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or 

2. the accounts do not accord with those records. 

I have no concems and have come across no other matters in  connection  with  the  examination  to  which  attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
