Within the current year we have managed to get many cadets boating using both Tilgate Lake and Sea Cadets at Shoreham Harbour. This includes rowing, sailing and powerboating. |

| As well as the cadets gaining new skills and |

| develop themselves by attending courses |

| which has in turn benefitted the cadet |

| We have also seen the closure ofHorsham Sea |

| Cadets and they in turn merged their staff and | ||||||
| cadets with Crawley which increased our cadet | ||||||
| numbers and staff. |
