Activities

The Shinewater Field in the North Langney area of Eastbourne is available to all as a public green space. The Club exists to provide a focus for the young people of Langney for sports or leisure activities on the field and in their community. Football, cricket, volley ball are the main choices but the Club promotes responsibility, commitment and inclusion in any activity.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are:(a) In The Interests Of Social Welfare, To Improve The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure-Time Occupation.(b) To Help Young People Living In The Area Of Benefit, Especially But Not Exclusively Through Leisure Time Activities, So As To Develop Their Capabilities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society.
