Objectives of the Trust
The provision of recreational facilities for the benefit of the local community and other members of the general public
Summary of the main activities of the charity during the year
The income of the Trust for the year amounted to £37,908 (2020: £38,341). The decrease in income was mainly due to a significant decrease in Pavilion Hire £516 (2020: £14,856) attributed to Covid 19 lock down restrictions. However the Trust received a significant increase in grant income £10,808 to supplement the loss of income.
The expenditure for the year amounted to £37,908 (2020: £38,341). The decrease in expenditure was due to a significant decrease in Electricity charges £1,874 (2020: £3009) and in Repairs and Maintenance £6,420 (2020: £17,400).

Report to the trustees of The Chobham Recreation Ground Charitable Trust on the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2021.
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31st March 2021.
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
-accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
-the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
