Polsted Village Hall Management Committee is responsible for the maintenance and letting of the building. In order to enhance the hall's financial well-being the committee runs fund-raising events. The committee also runs some social events which are of benefit to the community, e.g. Village lunch & digital cinema screenings.

Objects: Provision Of A Village Hall For Use Of Inhabitants Of Polstead And Neighbouring Parishes Without Distinction Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions Including Use For Meetings, Lectures And Classes & For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
