We installed anewcoffee machine for theLastSaturdayCafe|fundedbytheHollowell SteamandHeavyHorse Show.TheBowls, BadmintonandTai Chi|activitieshavecontinuedandinMaythe Hallwassetuptoallow anyonetowatchthecoronation|ceremonyofKingCharlesandQueenCamillaInSeptember a successful inaugural bi-annual|village fetetookplace organisedbythe All-Saints parish churchandVillageHallwithmanyother|groupsandindividuals contributing theirtimeandefforts. Thanksareextendedtothe Parish|Council for a financial donation to helpsetupthe event.|Therewasa successfulsummerperformanceofTwelfthNightintheTheatrebythePond|andYelvertoft Environmental Group hosted a wildlife afternoon basedinthe Theatreandthe|PocketPark.
PreSchool continues tobebased in partofthe Hallandhavea fullnumberofchildrenwho|regularlyusetheoutdoorfacilities, PocketParkandplayareaProposalstoupdatetheplayarea|areinprogressanda working groupisbeing setupto manage the project.|TheAccesstoNatureproject in the Pocket Park, partly fundedbyHall fundsandDaventry|District Councilhasbeencompleted. A new sign board isinplace withQRcodes located through|the various habitats where links to the website explainindetail what a visitorcansee. A wind-up|audio post, fundedbya bequestofGeoffHelliwell, offers eight topicstolistentosuchasaspects|ofthePocket Park,theHall'shistoryandthesurroundingarea|Additionalsolarpanels havebeeninstalledtocover the remaining available areaoftheHall's|roofthanks to agrantfrom the Yelvertoft WindFarmCommunity Benefit Fund.|Duringtheyearstorage in theoldhall hasbeenrationalised, exterior surfacesofall doors|repainted,andnewchairsandtables purchased.|We are grateful to Yelvertoft Parish Councilwhoreimbursed the insurancepremiumandannual|inspectionoftheplayareaandskatepark.|Finally, thanksareextendedtoeveryonewhohelpstokeep theHallandoutside facilities running,|andtoraise funds,andtoorganise events.
