The District Council is the appointed trustee and undertakes all the accivities at
the pool through a contractor who manages the day to day aaivities. The
contractor was appointed through a competitive process to deliver leisure
related activities at the pool.

All funds raised as income through the pool are applied to the expenses incurred
either by the contractor or by the council as a form of deficit guarantee.
The trust considers that the major risks associated with these activities are
health and safety of its users and it manages this through the accivities of the
contractor and through the Council's Leisure officers and Safety Adviser.

Pool {Ihe Charity) for th8 year ended 31 March 2025 which comprises the recelpts and payments
account and the statement of assets and liabillties as setout on form CC16a.

As the charitys trustees of Woodstock and District Swimmlng Pool, you are responsible for the
preparatlon of the accounts in accordance with the requiremenls of the Charltles Act 2011 ('the Act,)
I report in respect of my exemination of Woodstock and Dlstrlct Swlmming Pool 's accounts carrled out
under section 145 of the 2011 Acl and In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applrcable
Dlrections glven by the Charity Commission under s8Ctlon 145(5)Ibl of the ACL

connectlon wlth the examination glvlng me cause lo belleve thal In any material respect,.

required by section 130 of the Act; or
