General Notes:
1. The Eon charges include the usage by First Focus. In 201 >16 First Focus
paid £4000 up front as a fund to cover their costs. This year they topped this
back up by paying an amount to cover their costs to date.
2. There has been no attempt to separate the incomejexpendrture of the three
sections Sin￿ most of their expenses are through our Trading Post account
and the equipment is shared. This has meant that isolating all group admin is
also difficult and has not been attempted.
3. There were no floats outstanding at the year end.
4. There are no other major assets. The building is a liabilty Sin￿ we have
responsibility for removing it at lease end. There is a ￿rtain amount of
equipment that could be sold (eg. ladder, go-pak tables, camping fridge)
approaching £2,000 when-new price. The s￿UtIng equipment has some
second hand value. but most would be passaj onto other scout groups for
free.
The trustees declare that they have approved the accourrts at The Executive
Committee meeting on 9th July 2021 {held by Teams)
