Our charity's aims and objectives are to provlde Open Space for all and maintaln facllities for amateur
sports and recreation.
We fundralsÈ to enable these alms and objectives to be achieved.
ThSs year we have obtained grants and funds to repair and refurblsh our exlsfjn8 pwllSon, repladn8
wlndows and doofs and hxin8 shutters for security.
We have purchased soft play equipment lor the younger children.
We have maintained and insperted relevant play equipment in accordance with our policles and
procedures.
We fundraised by holdin8 Fetes, Fundays and hirin8 Out the pa￿110￿ for children s pariies.
We have donarions from local or8anlsatfons and are asslsted by our Parlsh Coundl who pay ft*r our
insurance and 8ras5 cutting.

requirements of the Charitles Act 2011 {'the 2011 Act.).
I report in respect of my eyaminatlon of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and In carryln8 out my examination I have followed all the applicable Direclions 8iven by ihe Charity
Commission under section 145ISllb) of the Art.
I have completed my examination and can confimi that no matters have come to my Jttentlon in
connethon wlth the eXamIna￿On 8lvlng me cause lo believe that In any materlal respect:
accountin8 records were not kept in respert of the Charity as required by sectlon 130 of the 2011
Act; or
the accounts do not accord with those records.. or
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of
accounts set in the Charities (Accounts and Reports} Regulations 2008 other than anv
iequliemet)t that the accounts give 4 Irue and falr view. which is not a matter considered as part of
an Independent examination.
