Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation
basis of ￿pOrt of the al￿untS in accordan￿ wtth the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Yhe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusfs aC￿UnIS carried out
under section 145 oflhe 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Direcb'ons given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Aci.
I have completed my examination. I corffirm that no material rnatters have
come to my altention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material resFect:
accounting records were not kept in aC￿rdance with section 130 of
the Act or
