Minutes of AGM of 7[th] Walthamstow Scout Group 2021 

Date of meeting 19[th] March 2022 

Present: Rob Warner – GSL Lesley Summerhayes – Hall Booking Secretary Wendy Mears – Treasurer Sara Jane Edwards – Beaver Leader 

Rob welcomed all to the meeting.  As we are a charity we are obliged to hold an AGM 

Treasurers Report 

Wendy highlighted the key points from the accounts. 

Group Report: 

Sections are all active now after COVID 

Building works have taken place – the garage adjoining the building was taken now and the hall has had all its windows replaced. 

There was no AOB.
