Minutes of AGM of 7[th] Walthamstow Scout Group 2010 

Date of meeting 25[th] February 2021 

Present: Rob Warner – GSL Lesley Summerhayes – Hall Booking Secretary Wendy Mears – Treasurer Sara Jane Edwards – Beaver Leader 

Rob welcomed all to the meeting.  As we are a charity we are obliged to hold an AGM 

Treasurers Report 

Wendy highlighted the key points from the accounts. 

We were fortunate to receive £11,000 Covid grant this helped as we had no private hall lets re covid 

Sections continued to use Zoom for their meetings 

The building has had a fresh coat of paint 

There was no AOB.
