**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES

**Activities:** The 14th Richmond 'Viking' Scout Boating Centre operates as a centre of excellence as part of the Scout Association, providing boating activities on the River Thames, predominantly in and around Richmond. Young people from the scout movement and other youth groups are provided with experience of boating on the tidal Thames by Scout Association qualified instructors.
