## **Minutes of the 8[th] Bexleyheath Scouts Annual General Meeting 2021 notes held on Thursday 30[th] September 2021** The meeting opened at 7pm. ## **1. Welcome** Chair, Neil Tonks welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked them for attending. **2. Approval of minutes from 2020 AGM** - The minutes were reviewed and approved. They were proposed by Megan and seconded by Clare. ## **3. Treasurers reports and approval of audited accounts** The accounts were reviewed and proposed by Clare and seconded by Megan. **4. Appointment of Group Executive Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary** Neil Tonks – Chair: proposed by Clare and seconded by Megan Greville Billyard – Treasurer: proposed by Clare and seconded by Megan Ayca Ilcen – Secretary: proposed by Clare and seconded by Megan ## **5. Election of Non-Uniformed Member of the Executive** - Bernadette Foskett – GSL Andy France – SL Viv France – ABL Kevin Peto - ASL ## **6. Covid-19 response and going forwards** - With the numbers of Covid cases on the rise it was agreed that everyone should continue to be cautious. Should children show any signs of covid or have been in contact with someone who had it, they should stay at home. They should also consider not coming to a session if they were feeling ill in any way. An email from the Chair would go out to parents notifying them of this. **7. Recruitment and support from parents** This agenda item was postponed and would be brought forward to another meeting **8. Any other business: Q&A** There was no further any other business.
