There are no salaried staff. Other Achievements and Performance SORP reference Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity's work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. Para 1.20 The majority of WSC cadets are resident in Wandsworth and represent a soci?1 mix with two cadets at present under social care orders; two others with a Statement of Special Educational Needs and one with a physical disability. Cadets learn and compete in boat handling, canoeing & sailin& navigation, meteorology & marine engineering. They take on the Naval values of respect, self-discipline, integrity and commitment, and learn life skills in motivation. communication, teamwork and leadership. Cadets gain internal and external qualifications. Since 2013 WSC cadets have gained 75 internationally-recognised accreditations from the RYA and BCU as well as DofE Awards. 17 cadets are currently working towards BTEC Level l and 2 qualifications. WSC has a small bursary fund to ensure that no cadet from a disadvantaged background need miss out on courses or qualifications for financial reasons. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period Para 1.21 The ¢harlty showed a surplus for the year of £26,141 which increased our free reserves to £57,350 plus re5trirted reserves of £20,000. I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2021 which are set out in the attached .

I report in respect of my examination of the charity carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
- accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
