As the Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements: you
consider that the audtt requirement of the Regulations and 5.144121 of the Charities Act 2011
(The Act) does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts, to follow the
procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commlsslon lunder
s.145151 Ibl of the Artl. and to state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Olrectlons glven by the
Charity Commlssion under s. 14515llbl of the Art. That examination includes a revlew of the
accounting records kept by the Trust and a comparison of the accounts with those records.
It also includes considerin8 any unusual items or disclosures in the flnancial statements
and seekin8 explanations from you as Trustees concernin8 any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audlt, and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to myattention:
l. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respett the requirements
to keep accounting records in accordance with sertion 130 of the Act and
to prepare financial statements, which accord with the accountin8 records and comply
with the requirements of the Act and Regulations have r￿t been met.
2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
