I have completed a ￿vIeW of the Financlal Statement, the accounting records and the
varlous controls that are in place for managing the ChariVs flnances.
Income for the year Is £38.975. This includes an exceptional item of £14.245. This wa5 paid
to the Hall by a thlrd part￿S insurer to cover criminal damage for which they accepted
Ilability.
Core income is Just under £25.1)Xl arKI is consistent with previous years. Approximately 40%
of income goes towards 'business as usuaf. leaving 60% to be used for upgrade5 to the Hall.
It is noted that a deposit of over £5,oc￿ was paid towards repla￿ment doors, leavln8
balan￿ of £4,lJXI to be paid in 2026. The funds available at year end adequately cover this.
All income and re￿Ipts are properly recorded, both elertronically and In hard copy. The use
of cash ha5 been eliminated and all payments to the hall are made directly into the bank
account. All payments made by the hall are sUPPOrted by invoices and made via Internet
Banklng. thereby provlding an audit trail.
Based on the revlew. I can confimi that Income and expenditure are properly accounted for
and that adequate accounting records are held.
