covor our expenditure withoul the Parish Coun¢il grant and also our Conlinued lund caising. These are
doin9 well. wlh the quiz and coffee momings bringing in a regular income 8s well as the music
functions. Chrislm88 Fair, and cream leas that we put on. all lo raise much funding foi the hall to
conlinue runnSng. and help malnlenance cost loo. The hall has been Ihe hub ol Cliffe Events
induding ¢he Santa's parade, Fireworks, JubAee. Coronalk)n Day and this year D Day commemoralive
family Fun Day.
Tho old cei1Sng liqhting has had ils day in lh8 laT99 hall. and wé looked at repla¢ing with nèw LED
ones, and Ihis was booked during the Easter holiday3. which has now been successfully tjone, hiring a
scaffolding aTrJ a genemus time sponl by our vdunleers, once again saving tho hall excess
expendilure. We are still looking al replaung ihe large hall Kitchen, but wilh Jubilee. Coionalion 8nd
Fire Work NvJht ihal w6 had arnanged lor last year and sbii 901 the D Day this year in June. It has gone
on tho back bDiler. Hopelully after June, can bring11 back Into the Jobs lo be done, ￿1¢h w8 WIN
continug to raise funds lo hèlp.
The drains causets mayhem wlh tAockages and thanklully this has all been prolessionally dealt wlh
and should have no more problems for a time. We currer)tly run a Wednesday workshop of volunt8•rs
for Wl maintenance, i.e. painting and repairs, this is also used for communlty events props alld
signag8.
l am proud of the commillee and volunteers Ihal we have, keep the hall for all lo enjoy. With the
regular hir8fS offering to tho vlllage- yoga, danco, unilom group. P￿ates. disabkd 10gtball, Gospel
Church. nursery schod and mor8. hope there will always be plenty lo offer to everyone.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination glving me cause lo believe thal in any material respect:
