**Objects:** RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHARING, KENT.

**Activities:** We run the village playing field for cricket, football, tennis, bowls, scouts &amp; children play group. In addition we now own &amp; run a 6 &amp; a half acre wildlife site next to the playing field - 4 acres meadow 2 acres woodland. This is called the Alderbed Meadow Project.
