The Trust was established to manage the proceeds of the sale of the old Bough Beech village hall. The trustees manage the funds and may choose to use such funds to meet any or all of the charitable objectives that the Trust has for its beneficiaries - namely, the residents of Bough Beech. The charitable objectives were updated in September 2019.

Objects: To Advance Such Charitable Purposes (according To The Law Of England And Wales) As The Trustees See Fit From Time To Time In Particular But Not Limited To The Purchase Of Land To Provide Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of The Social Welfare For Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit (village Of Bough Beech), And Providing Grants To Individuals In The Area Of Benefit.
